Professional Background:

As a Reconciliation Specialist at NAKAD, you will play a key role in performing reconciliation using our tool while ensuring the accuracy of the results. We are seeking a qualified professional with the following background and experience:

1. Minimum of 0.5-1.5 years of reconciliation experience within the finance department.
2. Proven experience in interacting with other accountants as part of dispute resolution processes.
3. Preferred experience with popular ERPs like Tally, SAP, or similar systems.
4. Strong accounting background with effective communication skills.
5. Experience working in the finance department of a mid-size enterprise or experience with CA audit firms.
6. Proficiency in Kannada is a plus to enhance communication with clients in regions where Kannada is spoken.
7. Comfort with extensive travel to client sites is required, as the role involves regular visits to various client locations.

Skills Required:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and abilities:

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
2. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of accounting principles.
3. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and resolve discrepancies with other team members.
4. Logical reasoning and analytical skills.
5. Ability to manage relationships with clients and vendors, maintaining a high level of professionalism, especially when on client visits.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members regarding reconciliation status and findings.
• Deliver the reconciled outputs in a time-bound manner.
