About the Job

We’re looking for an energetic, self-starting Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a proven track record of selling to quick commerce and e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify key decision-makers within target accounts and develop meaningful, long-term relationships. You'll play a key role in generating qualified opportunities by leveraging both inbound interest and targeted outbound strategies to connect with prospects in the fast-paced e-commerce space.

Responsibilities

  • Represent NAKAD's platform and products, starting with a deep understanding of how our solutions meet the unique needs of quick commerce and e-commerce brands.
  • Utilize email, social media (including LinkedIn), and cold calling to identify and generate new sales opportunities within the e-commerce sector.
  • Identify and qualify leads within the e-commerce and quick commerce verticals, recommending the right products to solve specific challenges and building long-term relationships.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities within the e-commerce market, leveraging industry knowledge to uncover pain points and provide tailored solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and calls between prospective customers and the sales team, ensuring smooth handoffs for continued sales engagement.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of interested prospects, collaborating with sales executives to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Contribute to the refinement of our lead-generation strategy by identifying best practices from your experience selling to the e-commerce industry.

Requirements

  • 3.5-4+ years of experience as an SDR, with a demonstrated history of exceeding lead generation targets, specifically within the e-commerce or quick commerce space.
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email, and social media to effectively engage and build rapport with e-commerce brands.
  • A strong desire and proven ability to advance within a sales team.
  • Excellent creative problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of the e-commerce market and customer pain points.
  • Prior experience in SaaS/Enterprise sales is a plus, with a focus on e-commerce solutions.
