Role Overview:

We are looking for a U.S.-based Accounts Receivable (AR) Expert to join our team fulltime, focusing on U.S. market opportunities and particularly in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. As an AR Subject Matter Expert, you’ll help us refine and improve our AR solutions while working with our product and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Accounts Receivable (AR) function by ensuring accurate processing of customer invoices, payments, and credit memos

• Work with the finance team on PO booking, remittance reporting, and credit memo bookings

• Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure our AR solutions are aligned with industry needs and customer requirements

• Optimize AR workflows and processes for increased efficiency and accuracy

• Participate in market analysis and provide insights on AR pain points and opportunities for automation

• Support customer account management by ensuring timely collection and resolution of outstanding balances

• Help develop messaging and sales materials for our AR automation solutions, particularly in the CPG industry

Key Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience working in Accounts Receivable, such as AR Clerk, Financial Controller, or similar roles

• In-depth experience and expertise in AR processes, particularly in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or related industries

• Strong understanding of AR workflows including PO booking, remittance reporting, and credit memo management

• Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, Xero, or similar accounting platforms

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and product teams

• Strong communication skills and the ability to share industry insights and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience working in AR for U.S.-based clients in CPG, retail, or manufacturing sectors

• Familiarity with financial shared services or fintech solutions

• Experience in helping companies optimize their AR processes or implement AR automation tools
