About the Role:Weare seeking a motivated and adaptable Business Associate with expertise either in SaaS (Software as a Service) Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies or consulting firm experience to join our team. The Business Associate will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our business operations, including market research, client communication, project management, and strategic planning. This position o ers an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong analytical mindset and a background in GTM SaaS or consulting to contribute to our company's growth and success. Responsibilities: Developandimplement targeted email marketing strategies aimed at encouraging customers to book sales calls. Work with the marketing team to align email campaigns with overall sales and marketing objectives. Create engaging email content that motivates customers to schedule sales calls. Designandupdate website call-to-action buttons to increase customer bookings. Personalize email messages based on customer segmentation and engagement data. Oversee the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, including planning, scheduling, testing, and deployment. Track and analyze key metrics such as email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing on email content and website buttons to identify the most effective strategies. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor email content to address these needs. Work with the webdevelopment team to implement and optimize call-to-action buttons on the website. Coordinate with the product and support teams to include relevant updates and information in email campaigns. Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance email content and website user experience. Continuously seek ways to improve the e ectiveness of email campaigns and website buttons in driving sales call bookings. Utilize email marketing platforms (e.G. Sendgrid, HubSpot) Integrate marketing tools with website analytics to monitor the performance of call-to-action buttons. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree from Top Tier Institutes.Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as account management, customer success, or consulting, preferably in a B2B environment. Previous experience in either SaaS GTM strategies (e.G., product marketing, sales operations) or consulting firm experience (e.G., management consulting, business analysis) is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver engaging presentations. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex client relationships. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Results-driven mindset with a focus.
