We are looking for a talent to join our HR team.

The purpose of the role is to design and implement compensation policy, as well as oversee global compensation, benefits, equity programs, and workforce cost planning at Nebius group, to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. As a member of the HR leadership team, Head of Total Rewards is to make sure that that our employee compensation framework aligns with the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Total Rewards Strategy:

· Develop and execute a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and market competitiveness.

· Evaluate industry trends and market data to ensure our compensation and benefits programs remain innovative and effective.

2. Compensation Management:

· Oversee global compensation structures, including base pay, bonuses, and incentive programs.

· Lead annual salary reviews, job evaluations, and benchmarking exercises to maintain equitable and competitive pay structures.

· Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and reporting requirements, including SOX controls.

· Set up and ensure the governance of compensation related processes.

3. Equity Compensation:

· Supervise equity compensation plans, and other long-term incentive programs.

· Partner with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance and proper reporting.

4. Benefits Management:

· Oversee global benefits programs, including health and wellness initiatives, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.

· Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality service delivery.

· Drive initiatives to enhance employee well-being and work-life balance.

5. People Cost Planning and Reporting:

· Collaborate with HR Business partners, finance and business leaders to develop and manage workforce planning and budgeting processes, including scenario modelling.

· Analyze people cost data to provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization and strategic decision-making.

· Oversee reporting of compensation and people costs data, design management dashboards and ensure timely reporting of compensation related data.

6. Job grading and support of Organizational Plannig:

· Own company grading system and positions structure, ensure fair evidence base leveling, updated timely

· Support HR Business Partners in organization planning

7. Employment Tax

· Work closely with payroll and finance to ensure employment tax compliance and reporting

· Oversee global mobility, employment and equity related tax matters

8. Leadership and Team Management:

· Lead and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team (Compensation and Benefits, Equity and Employment Tax).

· Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

9. Stakeholder Engagement:

· Partner with senior leadership and HR teams to align Total Rewards strategies with business objectives.

· Communicate effectively with employees to promote understanding and appreciation of Total Rewards offerings.

· Ensure harmonization of the policies and compensation programs across different business units.

10. Compensation Committee support:

· Together with Chief People Officer propose agenda of Compensation Committee, pepare data for the Committee and Board of Directors.

· Ensure timely approval of the compensation related decisions.

· Support the Chair of the Compensation Committee with Committee Governance.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP, CIPD, SHRM-SCP) preferred.

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

· Proven expertise in designing and managing global compensation and benefits programs.

· Experience with equity compensation plans and people cost planning in a public company environment.

· Strong analytical, financial acumen, and data interpretation skills.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Knowledge of global labor laws and compliance requirements.
