The role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced International Logistics Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments, collaborating with forwarders and onboarding new partners. You will also play a key role in customs clearance, managing product catalogs and supporting the launch of new data centers.

You’re welcome to work in our office in Amsterdam.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments for international logistics operations.
  • Coordinate with forwarders, customs brokers and delivery companies to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
  • Onboard and set up new logistics partners to enhance operational capabilities.
  • Facilitate the customs clearance process for international shipments.
  • Create and maintain entries in the inventory system for all received equipment.
  • Support the launch of new data centers by ensuring timely delivery of equipment and materials.
  • Work closely with data center operation engineers to ensure equipment is provided as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining the product catalog to ensure accurate data for logistics and inventory management.
  • Handle any ad-hoc logistics requirements and support other departments as necessary.

We expect you to have:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in warehouse logistics, supply chain management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with IT equipment, including servers, network equipment and related hardware.
  • Understanding of inventory management processes, SAP and Vendor Management Systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to travel for business needs, both domestically and internationally.
  • Strong communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams, customs brokers and third-party delivery companies.
