Netskope is looking for an extremely organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Executive Vice President, EMEA & LATAM Sales and South EMEA VP Sales. This is a busy and varied role and requires someone who can work autonomously, use initiative and be flexible in their approach to ever changing priorities and multiple stakeholders. Assisting with the day-to-day management of the Paris Office is a small component of the role - with a commitment of 2-3 days in the Paris Office per week.
Culture is an important part of Netskope and you will need to build relationships with team members based across the region and cement yourself as the go-to person to field enquiries and help with a variety of questions.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Complex Diary Management – including multiple time-zones
- Advanced Inbox Management
- Advanced ability to manage complex travel and visa application processing for multiple geographies that may change at short notice
- Booking internal and Customer meetings, calls, meeting rooms, lunches, dinners
- Scheduling World Wide Sales Team Calls and Regional All Hands Calls
- Expense & PTO Approvals
- Special event organisation eg. Quarterly Business Meetings
- Management of the Paris Office – including, but not limited to:
- Managing vendors
- Invoice management
- Office Pass allocation
- Meeting room bookings
- Health & Safety compliance
- Snack and stationary orders
Requirements:
- Experience in supporting multiple senior leadership team members across multiple timezones
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Exemplary judgement and discretion when highlighting priorities
- Excellent communication skills and high level of spoken and written French and English
- Ability to work under pressure and an understanding of the importance of prioritising work and seeking assistance from colleagues when necessary.
- Confident, proactive, cheerful and resourceful team-player both for immediate team and wider Team
- Familiar with G Suite, Zoom, Slack, Salesforce is a bonus
- Additional language(s) is a bonus
- Strong understanding of working across multiple time-zones
- Experience booking extensive travel schedules
- Willing to work outside of office hours and travel on occasion
- Available to work onsite in Netskope's Paris office
