Job Overview

The Netskope Sales Planning and Operations team is looking for an analyst to help us formulate and execute on our ambitious short term goals and long term objectives. This position will be responsible for providing analytical support to our go-to-market coverage models, sales quota setting, ensuring good data quality, and other highly visible strategic growth initiatives. This position will support the Asia Pacific (APAC) business. Available working hours would be 1 AM to 9 AM PHT (Monday-Friday)

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide historical sales analysis by region, industry, and segment to support annual planning and quarterly forecasting
• Work with sales and sales operations leaders to construct well-balanced territories and formulate annual quotas
• Create analytics to support pricing decisions and gross margin improvements
• Support the design of customer data enrichment and governance programs
• Perform tasks related to data acquisition, validation and enrichment as they relate to Accounts, Leads and Contacts
• Work cross-functionally within the organization to ensure data from other systems (such as marketing automation tools, sales and customer service platforms) are properly integrated with Salesforce to ensure data integrity is maintained

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-8 years of sales data analysis experience including sales forecasting, territory performance, and quota setting,
• 5-8 years of work experience as a technical data steward with a background in Data Governance Policies, Processes and Tools
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Expert at analyzing multidimensional and hierarchical data common to sales teams
• Experience in Salesforce, Excel, 3rd Party Data Tools (e.g. Zoominfo, D&B) and Data Cleansing Tools (e.g. Ringlead, Demandtools, Openprise)
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on building standardized and consistent best practices
• Expert level spreadsheet skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have the ability to work independently
• Working knowledge of JIRA or other project management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Masters degree from a recognised and accredited university/college.
• Working knowledge of SQL and SFDC Related Objects.
• Working knowledge of online data warehouses such as Snowflake or Redshift.
