Key Responsibilities:

  • Category Management Support: Assist the Category Manager in overseeing the fashion categories, including product assortment, pricing strategy, and inventory management.
  • Product Assortment & Sourcing: Collaborate with the buying team to curate and refine the product mix. Ensure that fashion offerings meet customer demand, trends, and seasonality.
  • Sales Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance across fashion categories. Identify trends, sales opportunities, and underperforming products. Use insights to make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Campaign & Promotions: Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns and promotions that drive sales and enhance brand visibility in the fashion space.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that fashion category offerings provide an optimal shopping experience for customers. Monitor user reviews, feedback, and returns to continuously improve product selection and presentation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, supply chain, and logistics, to ensure seamless product flow and a cohesive customer experience.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in fashion category management, buying, or e-commerce within the fashion industry.
  • Fashion & Ecommerce Knowledge: Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Proficient in Excel and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and present ideas clearly to different teams.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to product selection, descriptions, and online presentation.
  • Fashion Passion: A genuine passion for fashion and an understanding of the customer’s needs in the digital space.
