Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end retail HR operations across all stores.
  • Handle hiring for store-level roles (Store Managers, Stylists, Sales Associates, etc.) and ensure timely closures.
  • Conduct smooth onboarding and offboarding for all retail employees.
  • Oversee exit formalities, F&F processing, and documentation.
  • Support payroll management by coordinating attendance, variable inputs, and payouts.
  • Ensure labour law compliance and maintain all statutory documentation for stores (PF, PT, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
  • Partner with store managers to drive employee engagement, performance discussions, and resolve grievances.
  • Monitor retention, absenteeism, and attrition metrics, and implement action plans.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and processes across retail locations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in Retail HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of payroll, compliance, and labour laws.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-store setup.
  • Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
