We are seeking an individual for React / React Native Developer with 1–3 years of experience who has worked in a product-based company serving a decent user base (10K+ MAU or more).

The ideal candidate understands production-grade systems, performance considerations, and user-centric development. You should be comfortable owning features end-to-end and shipping high-quality releases

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web/mobile applications using React / React Native
• Build reusable, modular, and maintainable components
• Optimize application performance (render cycles, memory usage, bundle size)
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams
• Debug production issues and monitor crash reports
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility (iOS / Android / Web)
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions

Qualifications

Technical Skills Required

• Good understanding of state management (Redux / Context API / Zustand / RTK Query)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and async data handling
• Understanding of React rendering lifecycle & reconciliation
• Experience handling performance optimization
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid experience with React / React Native

Good to Have

• Experience in production debugging (Crashlytics / Sentry)
• Understanding of React Native bridge & native modules
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of app startup optimization techniques
• Basic understanding of system design concepts
• Experience working with analytics tools
