About The Job
Training & Development
• Ensure 100% onboarding completion within 7–10 days, building a strong foundation for every new joiner
• Drive end-to-end training journey completion, maintaining 85–90%+ assessment scores across the region
• Deliver high-impact training sessions on product, sales, customer experience, and grooming standards
• Identify skill gaps through store visits, performance insights, and feedback, and take swift action
• Design and execute monthly training calendars with complete adherence
• Build and maintain real-time training dashboards and performance tracking
• Uplift low performers through focused coaching and structured improvement plans
📈 Sales & Performance Impact
• Drive key retail KPIs like Conversion, UPT, and ATV through targeted training interventions
• Enable teams with strong selling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques
• Deliver on-floor coaching during peak hours to maximize impact
• Actively contribute to store revenue growth through capability building
🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner closely with Cluster Managers, Store Managers, and VM teams
• Drive regular reviews on training effectiveness and team performance
• Align all training initiatives with business goals and store needs
📊 Monitoring & Evaluation
• Track training effectiveness through data-driven analysis (pre & post performance metrics)
• Measure impact on store KPIs and overall business performance
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and feedback loops
• Lead monthly performance reviews and continuous learning interventions
🏬 Store Visits & On-Ground Excellence
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure SOP and training adherence
• Share insightful store reports within 24–48 hours with clear action plans
• Deliver on-floor training (1–2 hours per visit) based on store needs and traffic
• Lead monthly in-store training + engagement activities
• Identify gaps in customer experience, grooming, and operations, and drive improvements
• Actively engage with customers, support teams on styling, and unlock missed sales opportunities
• Plan and execute monthly travel for on-ground training across location
