What You’ll Do

• Shoot high-quality content using both professional cameras and smartphones
• Plan and execute lighting setups for studio and lifestyle shoots
• Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, campaigns, ads, and social media
• Create motion graphics, typography animations, and dynamic visual effects
• Collaborate closely with creative strategists, designers, stylists, and the marketing team
• Deliver fast-turnaround edits without compromising on quality
• Stay on top of social media trends, editing styles, transitions, and storytelling formats
• Continuously learn new tools across editing, design, motion graphics, and AI

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in video production or editing
• Strong understanding of camera operations, framing, lighting, and composition
• Comfortable shooting with both DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and smartphones
• Excellent editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of After Effects or other motion graphics software
• Basic understanding of graphic design is a plus
• Curiosity to learn AI tools that enhance content creation and production
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining creative quality
• Someone who is proactive, quirky, creative, and loves experimenting with fresh ideas

Bonus Points If You

• Have worked with fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or D2C brands
• Understand Gen Z content and internet culture
• Have experience creating viral short-form content
• Can contribute ideas beyond editing—from concepts to execution
