About Nimble
Nimble is a frontier robotics and AI company building the next era of autonomous logistics. We design, manufacture, and deploy intelligent robots that enable fast, efficient, and sustainable commerce at global scale. Our team is building generalized robot intelligence and developing the world’s first generalist super-humanoid robots capable of performing all core warehouse workflows with superhuman performance.
We recently closed a $106M Series C at a $1B valuation, and we are continuing to grow our world-class team. Our long-term vision is to create the Autonomous Supply Chain—reinventing how goods move through factories, warehouses, and last-mile distribution using next-generation intelligent robotic systems.
Nimble was founded out of Stanford and Carnegie Mellon’s top AI labs and is backed by the world’s most prestigious investors. Our board includes iconic leaders in AI and robotics such as Marc Raibert (Founder of Boston Dynamics), Fei-Fei Li (Former Chief Scientist of AI at Google, Director of Stanford’s AI lab), and Sebastian Thrun (Waymo, Founder of Google X, Kitty Hawk, and Udacity).
Join us and leave your mark on the future of robotics, AI, and global commerce.

- Provide mission-critical transactional support for fulfillment, ensuring seamless, high-volume package flow from the autonomous system to the final-mile carrier drop-off.
Cost Optimization & Shipping Strategy
- Own the client P&L impact of transportation: Execute deep cost analysis, benchmarking, and strategic initiatives to deliver a superior ROI to our customers.
- Design and implement scalable strategies that harmonize the output of robotic fulfillment with final-mile logistics, including expert oversight of OMS capacity and volume forecasting.
- Translate complex data analytics into high-impact, actionable strategies to continuously improve delivery speed and efficiency across the entire network.
Peak & Exception Planning
- Lead the network through peak season, coordinating capacity, surcharge reviews, and cutoffs across internal teams and external carriers to guarantee operational continuity during high-velocity periods.
- Aggressively monitor and mitigate all exceptions, disruptions, and service failures, ensuring service stability.
Cross-Border & International Logistics
- Manage all international logistics compliance, specializing in documentation, customs clearance, and trade regulations to ensure seamless global parcel flow.
- Develop and execute global forwarding strategies for clients, optimizing carrier selection and service tiers to balance transit time, cost, and tax/duty management.
- Establish compliance and efficient carrier setup to enable seamless global expansion for client programs.
Escalations & Claims Management
