About Nimble
Nimble is an AI robotics company building the autonomous supply chain to enable fast, efficient, and sustainable commerce. We’re developing a general-purpose robot AI and a warehouse generalist superhumanoid robot, the first robot in the world capable of performing all core warehouse functions. We recently closed a $106M Series C at a $1B valuation, and we are continuing to grow our world-class team.
Mission: to empower and inspire mankind to accomplish legendary feats by inventing robots that liberate us from the menial.
Vision: invent the Autonomous Supply Chain – everything from the inside of factories and warehouses to your front door – powered by industry-generalist superhumanoids to deliver faster, more efficient, and more sustainable commerce.
Our founding team comes from the AI labs at Stanford and Carnegie Mellon and our board of directors include famed robotics and AI legends including Marc Raibert (founder of Boston Dynamics), Sebastian Thrun (founder of GoogleX, Waymo; Stanford Professor and considered the father of autonomous vehicles) and Fei-Fei Li (Chief Scientist of AI at Google and Director of Stanford’s AI Lab).
Join us and leave your mark on the future of robotics, AI, and global commerce.
Why Join Nimble?
At Nimble, we are committed to building legendary products, a legendary team, and a legendary legacy. Join us and become part of an ambitious, humble, and resourceful culture where your work will leave a lasting impact on the future of robotics and commerce.
Nimble's Core Values:
Be relentlessly resourceful - Challenge conventions and overcome obstacles.
Be legendary - Be the very best and do work that inspires.
Be humble - Prioritize growth, learning, and doing whatever is needed to further the mission.
Be dependable - Take ownership and deliver with high agency.
About the team
Nimble builds next-generation automation and AI-driven robotics solutions for commerce operations. Our Cloud Logistics software team develops the in-house suite of cloud-native applications that power Nimble’s fulfillment network, including our Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), Order Management System (OMS), Inventory Management System (IMS), and Returns Management System (RMS).
Because the entire platform is built internally and designed to work as a single unified system, customers can onboard through one streamlined integration without relying on third-party providers. This creates a more reliable, flexible, and scalable foundation for both Nimble’s operationds and our customers’ supply chain workflows.
The Solutions Delivery team partners closely with customers, engineering, product, and operations to deploy this platform successfully and ensure every implementation is technically sound and ready for long-term success.
Why Join?
- Directly influence how next-generation fulfillment automation is deployed and scaled.
- High-ownership role with real impact on customer success and product evolution.
- Collaborative, fast-moving environment solving real operational challenges with advanced technology.
About the Role
The Solutions Architect III serves as the technical and customer-facing lead for new customer implementations. In this role, you will translate requirements into detailed solution designs, guide customers through complex technical decisions, and shape the overall integration architecture. You will own the end to end delivery and act as a trusted advisor who communicates clearly, sets realistic expectations, and balances customer needs with deadlines and technical feasibility. A successful Solutions Architect III is not afraid to push back professionally when a request would compromise the integrity, timeline, or stability of the solution.
This role is fully onsite in our San Francisco office with up to 20 percent travel. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where quick conversations, whiteboarding sessions, and real-time problem solving with cross-functional teams are part of the daily workflow.

- Provide consistent and accurate status updates for all assigned projects.
- Train the steady state customer support (CS) team on customer requirements and needs before go-live.
Drive Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring issues, workflow gaps, or friction points across customer implementations and propose enhancements to product features, integration patterns, and operational workflows.
- Contribute to the development of reusable assets, templates, and best practices that elevate the quality, consistency, and scalability of future implementations.
- Provide structured feedback to product, engineering, and operations teams to help shape roadmap decisions and strengthen end-to-end solutions delivery.
