The Role
As the Head of Growth, you will manage brand, content, and growth strategy—working with and reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling stories about our technology, culture, and impact, and turning them into viral campaigns across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms for recruiting, customer and investor audiences.
You are equal parts strategist and creator: someone who understands algorithms and analytics as deeply as storytelling and audience psychology.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Viral Campaigns
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact social media campaigns that generate industry buzz and mainstream attention
- Turn robotics demos, customer wins, and company milestones into shareable content
- Experiment aggressively with formats: short-form video, founder-led storytelling, behind-the-scenes content, live launches
- Own Brand & Narrative
- Define and evolve Nimble’s brand voice
- Position the company as a category leader in robotics and AI
- Work directly with the CEO to develop thought leadership content
- Scale Growth Channels
- Build and optimize organic and paid social strategies
- Manage performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, pipeline attribution)
- Lead influencer, creator, and partnership collaborations
- Lead Content Production
- Oversee video production (demos, explainer videos, viral shorts)
- Create content calendars aligned with product and company milestones
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, or internal creative teams as needed
- Data-Driven Execution
- A/B test content formats and messaging
- Use analytics tools to refine targeting and maximize ROI
- Translate social engagement into measurable business impact
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years in growth marketing, brand marketing, or social media leadership
- Proven track record creating viral campaigns (include portfolio links)
- Deep understanding of social algorithms and audience growth mechanics
- Strong video-first mindset (experience with short-form video platforms preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills
- Experience in startups, robotics, AI, or hardware is a plus
- Comfortable working directly with executive leadership
- Bias toward experimentation, speed, and measurable results

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $180,000 - $210,000
