About the Role

We are looking for an experienced NPI Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead manufacturing readiness for new product introductions and engineering changes. You will own the manufacturing change management process across hardware and software releases, oversee pilot builds and line trials, manage MBOM accuracy, and drive cross-functional coordination to meet launch timelines.

Partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams, you will identify program risks, support DFM/DFA reviews, validate tooling and production processes, and ensure factory readiness for successful product launches and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Own Manufacturing Change Management process for both hardware & software changes
  • Oversee Manufacturing line trials for critical product & process changes
  • Manage Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM), ensuring accuracy throughout product development
  • Lead Pilot builds & product validation for new products, tracking build status and critical cross-functional issue resolution
  • Coordinate New Product launch timelines across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and hardware/software teams to meet company deliverables
  • Identify program risks and communicate mitigation plans to maintain schedules
  • Support Design for Manufacturability (DFM) & Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews
  • Drive & track validation of tooling, fixtures, test equipment, and new production processes
  • Own factory readiness for Manufacturing expansion

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in NPI, manufacturing engineering, or technical program management
  • Experience supporting both Hardware and Software/Firmware releases
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional deliverables
  • Experience in BOM management
  • Knowledge of PLM, MES, ERP systems, and change management processes

Compensation

$130,000 - $170,000
The above range is the salary range. This position will also receive generous equity for this position.
