This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS FOR AN INTERNSHIP , YOU SHOULD BE CURRENTLY STUDYING and for at least the next 6 months IS MANDATORY TO BE LOCATED IN COSTA RICA

Order & Inventory Management Support

  • Assist in purchase order execution and ensure timely responses from suppliers.
  • Track and follow up on backorders and backlog orders, supporting CFBO reduction efforts supporting Material Management Team
  • Support in Stock Transfer Orders (STO) tracking and resolution.
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenishment cycles to ensure service continuity (stock outs/parts out of shelf)
  • Assist in install base reviews for customers, ensuring alignment with inventory planning and replenishment strategies

Logistics & Compliance Assistance

  • Help monitor lead times for shipments and ensure alignment with country targets.
  • Support in compliance with import/export regulations, working closely with logistics teams.
  • Assist in reverse logistics tasks, ensuring parts are returned efficiently and within expected timeframes.

Financial Analysis

  • Contribute to cost-saving initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in supply chain operations.

Metrics, Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Assist in managing LAC performance metrics
  • Support in CAPs tracking, executive narratives, Go-to-Green plans, and metric transformation initiatives.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving operational excellence

Cross-Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Provide support in escalation management, assisting in root cause analysis and resolution plans.
  • Help prepare presentations and reports for leadership & global support teams

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Studies in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Analytical skills to track shipments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities in supply chain operations.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus for Brazil)
