Job Description:
Joining HPE as a Sales Intern is a great opportunity for a motivated and curious individual to gain hands-on experience in IT sales.
You will support our Digital Sales Representatives (DSR) team, contributing to business growth while developing your commercial and customer-facing skills in a fast-paced, international environment.
Start Date: 1st July 2026
Location: Barcelona
What you’ll do:
Support the DSR team with new client prospecting and identifying business opportunities
Conduct outbound calls to engage potential customers and generate leads
Assist in preparing commercial proposals and quotes
Help maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and pipeline data
Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth sales process
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
What you’ll need:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong interest in sales and the IT industry
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable using basic digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office)
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
