・仮想化ソリューションである「HPE Morpheus VM Essentials Software」に特に注力いただきます

担当地域・業界の戦略に基づき販売戦略を立案・実行

パイプラインの構築・維持・予測

・アカウントプランの策定・開発

新規リード創出・選別

・電話・オンライン・SNS などを用いて担当または獲得したアカウントを管理

・顧客担当セールス、チャネルパートナー、エンドユーザーと協働し、商談をクロージング

・中級レベルの専門知識を活用し、一般的なビジネス課題を解決

・中程度の複雑性を持つ問題を扱い、チームメンバーとして情報分析や限定的なプロジェクト支援を実施

販売戦略とガイダンスに従い、計画・実行・評価・改善のPDCAサイクルを回す

【主な業務内容

・担当アカウントに対し、中程度の複雑性を持つソリューション・製品・サービスを販売

・中〜高難度アカウントのアカウントプランを作成

・新規リードの創出・選別・評価を行い、商談をクロージングへ

・パートナーやフィールドセールスと連携してスムーズな取引を推進

・顧客要件を理解し、競争力ある HPE ソリューションを適切にポジショニング

・ターゲットパイプラインの構築とデータに基づく営業活動の予測

【応募要件】

・学士号または同等の経験(IT / セールス関連が望ましい)

35 年の関連業務経験または同等のスキル

・アカウント管理、新規開拓、顧客維持、成長に関する高いスキル

・自社ソリューション、製品、サービスに関する知識

IT / 業界ソリューションの理解

・高いコミュニケーション力・交渉力
