Vous recherchez un contrat d'apprentissage à Puteaux (Paris) à partir de septembre 2026 et souhaitez accompagner une équipe dynamique de Presales spécialisés dans la conception de solutions de support et de maintenance pour les infrastructures informatiques (Serveurs, Stockage, Réseaux) ? Vous interviendrez comme Apprenti Presales Solution Architect au sein de la Business Unit Customer Success & Lifetime Value (CSLV) d’HPE Services.
Votre tuteur vous guidera dans votre apprentissage en vous aidant à vous familiariser avec les différentes solutions de supports (réactives et proactives), la compréhension des niveaux de service (SLA) et la construction, de bout en bout, d'offres de support en alliant besoins techniques clients et enjeux business. Vous développerez des compétences commerciales et techniques en analyse de cahiers des charges (RFP), en stratégie commerciale et en coordination d'équipes transverses (Commerciale, Terrain, Juridique et Financière) à l'échelle internationale.
Votre mission consistera à :
• Contribuer à la construction de solutions de support sur-mesure dans le cadre d’appels d’offres : Analyser les besoins techniques des clients pour configurer et chiffrer des offres de services tout en appliquant la stratégie commerciale définie afin de garantir la compétitivité de la solution.
• Contribuer aux échanges internes et externes : Assurer le rôle d’intermédiaires entre les commerciaux, les équipes terrain et les partenaires tout au long du cycle de réponse RFP/vente.
Qui êtes-vous ?
Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 en École de Commerce, d’Ingénieur ou Université avec une spécialisation en Transformation digitale, Business Development ou discipline connexe et disposez d’une forte appétence pour le domaine technologique.
Qualités / connaissances requises :
• Motivé et curieux : Réelle envie d’apprendre et de progresser dans l’écosystème Business Technologique et IA.
• Esprit analytique et rigueur : Capacité à structurer et synthétiser de manière précise des données sur Excel.
• Anglais courant car vous allez le pratiquer au quotidien.
