Job Description:

The Sales Operations Program Manager – Readiness & Sales Letters will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and operational excellence of Sales Letter delivery and FY readiness activities across multiple business segments. This position is responsible for managing Sales Letter operations, including quota and assignment maintenance, people-role updates, and cross-segment coordination. The role also provides essential support for Anaplan model maintenance and data integrity, ensuring that compensation and readiness systems operate reliably and efficiently.

How You Will Make Your Mark
- Manage end‑to‑end Sales Letter operations, including creation, validation, updates, and delivery across multiple business segments.
- Maintain quota, territory assignments, and people‑role data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with compensation and readiness requirements.
- Oversee FY Readiness activities, including data preparation, validation cycles, and coordination with cross‑functional partners.
- Support and maintain Anaplan models, including data loads, hierarchy updates, troubleshooting, and partnering with technical teams on enhancements.
- Monitor and ensure data integrity across Sales Letters, compensation systems, and readiness tools.
- Collaborate with NA Enterprise, COM, and other supported teams to ensure timely and accurate operational execution.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce error rates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales Letter operations, providing guidance, issue resolution, and subject‑matter expertise.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines, dependencies, and operational requirements.
- Document processes, workflows, and system procedures to ensure continuity and knowledge transfer.

About You:

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
  • Typically 6-10 years of related experience, preferably in supply chain, customer service, procurement or financial management.
  • Typically 2-4 years of experience supporting
  • global/regional accounts or large, complex domestic accounts.
  • Project management experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
  • Excellent Leadership, negotiation and influence skills.
  • In-depth understanding of core company businesses and the revenue cycle.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of the customer/partner requirements.
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with external customers/partners up to the Director level.
  • Solid financial and business acumen.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement customer-specific process improvements.
