Job Description:

Joining HPE in our Graduate Program is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Financial Services (HPEFS) offers you the opportunity to join 3 different leading teams (Data Analytics, Automation & Client Delivery) through our Graduate Program.

This is a dynamic opportunity for graduates who want to start their career at HPE.

Start Date: July 2026

Location: Wroclaw, Lower Silesian, Poland

Mandatory Requirements: Graduated from a university within the last 12 months from start date on, full-time availability, Polish & English on an advanced professional level

The role will focus on your strengths, and you will get the chance to explore 3 different areas:

  • Data Analytics

  • Automation

  • Client Delivery

What You´ll Do:

  • You will manage and develop relationships with clients and partners, ensuring proactive, timely, and professional communication to support long-term collaboration and satisfaction.

  • You will analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to generate actionable insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.

  • You will lead data extraction, transformation, and validation processes, ensuring high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and reliability.

  • You will identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and improve the overall client experience.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (2025 graduate or 2026 expected) in Economics, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, or a related field

  • Strong analytical, technical, and data manipulation skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel

  • Knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, or VBA (nice to have)

  • Interest in process and report automation

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Polish

  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual, cross-cultural team

  • Passion for simplifying processes and improving efficiency
