About the Team

The Delivery Readiness & Enablement team exists to ensure service offerings, digital experiences, and strategic initiatives are successfully adopted and operationalized across HPE Networking Services. The team partners closely with Portfolio Management, PMO, Customer Success, Service Delivery, Managed Services, Technical Support, and Digital Experience teams to enable successful Day 0, Day 1, and Day 2 readiness across the service lifecycle.

Unlike traditional training organizations, this team is accountable for readiness, adoption, execution support, knowledge enablement, onboarding, and operational preparedness that accelerate business outcomes and improve customer experience.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Readiness & Enablement Manager to lead complex readiness initiatives supporting the launch, adoption, and operationalization of new service offerings, digital capabilities, and strategic transformation programs.

This role will serve as a trusted advisor to service leaders, program managers, portfolio teams, and customer success organizations. The successful candidate will design readiness strategies, facilitate stakeholder alignment, drive enablement planning, and coordinate the creation of high-impact delivery collateral that helps teams successfully execute what was sold.

The role operates globally and requires strong influence skills, strategic thinking, program coordination capability, and the ability to translate complex changes into actionable enablement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Readiness Strategy & Planning

  • Lead readiness planning activities for strategic initiatives and service launches.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments and readiness evaluations.
  • Partner with PMO and Management of Change organizations on initiative intake and impact assessments.
  • Define readiness requirements, success criteria, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption approaches.
  • Develop launch readiness roadmaps and enablement plans.

Delivery Enablement

  • Design and manage enablement programs supporting service launches and digital experience changes.
  • Define role-based enablement journeys for delivery organizations.
  • Build and maintain readiness frameworks, templates, standards, and governance models.
  • Ensure consistency across onboarding, launch readiness, operational readiness, and customer adoption activities.

Stakeholder Leadership

  • Act as the primary enablement partner for PMOs, service owners, product managers, customer success organizations, and delivery functions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and readiness reviews.
  • Build alignment across multiple global teams with competing priorities.
  • Influence without authority across organizational boundaries.

Content & Collateral Leadership

  • Orchestrate SMEs and business stakeholders to create:
    • Delivery playbooks
    • Operational runbooks
    • Customer onboarding artifacts
    • Service launch kits
    • Readiness guides
    • Escalation workflows
    • Entitlement documentation
    • Role-based job aids
    • Knowledge repositories
  • Personally develop selected strategic content when required while primarily acting as the program lead and quality owner.

Adoption & Continuous Improvement

  • Measure readiness effectiveness and adoption outcomes.
  • Establish feedback loops and post-launch reviews.
  • Identify readiness gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive continuous optimization of enablement approaches, assets, and delivery practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years' experience in one or more of the following:
    • Revenue Enablement
    • SaaS Adoption Programs
    • Customer Success Enablement
    • Change Management
    • Service Readiness
    • Business Transformation
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional programs.
  • Experience partnering with PMOs and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across matrixed organizations.
  • Familiarity with enablement technologies, knowledge management systems, and enterprise collaboration platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting customer success, professional services, managed services, support, or service delivery organizations.
  • Knowledge of readiness frameworks, adoption methodologies, and organizational change principles.
  • Experience creating scalable enablement programs across global teams.
  • Experience supporting cloud, SaaS, networking, or enterprise technology environments.
