Key Responsibilities

Social media is a pivotal channel for Niyo in its journey of driving travel banking solutions in India and plays a key role in driving brand salience, consumer affinity and aspiration.

You will be responsible for driving end to end social media objectives of Niyo. You will focus on increasing brand salience, awareness, and engagement through the effective and innovative use of social media outlets, creating strong engagement on social platforms with relevant content and creation of strong communities for Niyo. The role is tasked with several key duties, such as:

  • Building brand Niyo on social platforms - develop strategy / vision, persona, tonality, etc and execute with rigour and precision
  • Build Niyo brand awareness, drive high engagement and develop strong communities on social media platforms through big ideas, daily content, innovation, and integrated campaigns
  • Designing and implementing social media strategy in line with business and consumer objectives
  • End to end ownership of concept and creative development - ability to generate ideas, own the creation and execute the same
  • Working with cross functional teams to develop social media campaigns around different aspects such as product, financial education, technology, market news, employer / talent branding, etc
  • Develop a strong social playbook which defines the entire roadmap for social media
  • Develop and implement strong social media processes and structures that help bringing efficiency and robustness
  • Setting and owning strong key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and tracking them with rigour
  • Identify and leverage multiple tools such as social listening, social analytics etc identify trends, insights and develop plans accordingly

Preferred Skill Sets And Qualifications

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in building, defining, and executing social media campaigns
  • Experience in end to end crafting, creation and execution of social media assets - independently
  • Experience in setting up and scaling social platforms for brands – planning, strategy, and execution
  • Hands on experience in social content management, creation of relevant content and planning of social content calendar
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, metrics, and tools
  • Creative thinker and ability to generate impactful ideas - a must for this role
  • Ability to identify long term opportunities and new trends in social media behaviour
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with multiple stakeholders across teams
