What does you work invo

lve:
 Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements including master services agreement, recruitment services agreements, referral agreem

ents, Effectively coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for timely completion of the assignm

ents. Undertaking legal research on legal and regulatory is

sues. Assist in drafting various policies applicable to the company including policies relating t

o HR. Assist in evaluating new products and services viz-a-viz the extant legal and regulatory frame

work. Support internal teams including finance team, information security team, audit team and due diligence team by providing relevant legal documenta

tion. Executing and maintaining a repository of all the documents executed by the com

pany. Adopt and implement a system to ensure timely renewal of the agreem

ents. Coordinate with external consultants for registration of intellectual property rights, secretarial matters and procuring legal opin

ions.
What does the ideal profile look

like:
 Qualified lawyer with a five-years integrated law degree from a reputed univ

ersity. Post qualification experience ranging from 1 to 3 years either working as an inhouse counsel or in a la

w firm. Holds strong drafting, reviewing and negotiation

skills. Adept at legal research and preparing legal notes for the mana

gement. Exhibits complete ownership over all assigned tasks and brings them to logical conc

lusion. Effective at coordinating with internal and external stakeh

olders.
