Job Description: Campaign Manager for Handling Performance campaigns across Google (UAC and Search), Facebook and Affiliates

We are seeking a Digital marketing enthusiast with hands-on Experience in handling performance campaigns across Biddable and Direct Buy digital platforms.

The role requires to Manage and Handle campaigns across Google, Facebook and Affiliates end to end.

Should have experience in working with MMP tools and understand the working and reporting of the tool.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliates

  • Identify, onboard and manage affiliate partners end to end to maximize Quality User Acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure long-term growth.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure all partners meet their KPIs.
  • Track and report affiliate delivery, conversions, and business KPIs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with affiliates to identify opportunities for improvement.

Google and Facebook Campaign Management

  • Create, launch, and manage Google & Facebook Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, creative optimization, and budget management.
  • Continuously analyse ad performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets.
  • Implement remarketing and audience segmentation strategies to improve ad performance.

This role requires Performance Tracking and Reporting. Manage and update Daily Campaign performance MIS

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Min 2 – 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, particularly with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CPC, CTR, LTV, etc.).
  • Proven track record of driving growth through digital channels and affiliate partnerships.
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and affiliate platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, MMP Tool etc).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
