Key Responsibilities
- Drive offline card sales in collaboration with the partner bank team and junior sales officers.
- Actively participate in sales training programs and stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide timely feedback to the management team regarding market preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with team management acumen.
- Ability to engage with customers, bank partner & internal stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Forex cards or any other retail/channel fin-tech will be an added advantage.
- 5 years of experience in retail or corporate sales with financial products or similar sales channels. B2B hunting experience will be an added advantage.
