🤔What can I expect from this role?

The Nymble Cooking Robot is a complex assembly of mechanical, electronics and electro-mechanical components. The responsibility of this role is simple - ensure excellent quality throughout manufacturing of these robots by owning end-to-end processes.

Our manufacturing line and major suppliers are based out of Shenzhen, China and this role would require extensive travel there.

🔧What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Nymble?

In this role - you would:

1. Serve as the technical manufacturing conduit between the Engineering team and Contract Manufacturer.
2. Setup strong systems and processes to ensure product quality during each manufacturing process to final production.
3. Ensure learnings from each manufacturing batch are incorporated for future production, set up robust DVP’s, DFMEA, RCA of issues arising during production and setting quality targets for new products at different development stages

An ideal candidate is someone who shows the following attributes:

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Mechanical / Production engineering.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, sheet metal fabrication).
• At least 3-4 yrs of experience as in Manufacturing / Quality.
• Ownership mindset and high agency to take a proactive role in building high quality systems.
