🤔What can I expect from this role?

The Posha Cooking Robot is a complex assembly of mechanical, electronics and electro-mechanical components. The responsibility of this role is simple - contribute to design & development as well as support troubleshooting of robots on ground.

This role lies right at the center of electronics, mechanical and software systems.

🔧What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Posha?

In this role - you would:

1. Act as the collaboration glue between Mechanical, Electronics and Software teams towards the design and development of new robotic systems.
2. Leverage a deep technical understanding to diagnose and resolve complex system issues, including hardware, software, and mechanical components. Fine-tune robotic systems to optimize performance.
3. Develop functional testing plans and conduct reliability testing to ensure product performance, safety & durability.
4. Collaborate with software engineers and cross-functional teams to dive deep into the product, identifying root causes and implementing solutions for both hardware and software problems.
5. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and system changes, contributing to the knowledge base and ensuring best practices are followed.
