🤔 What can I expect from this role?

The objective of this role is simple - build the foundations of Customer Success vertical @ Posha and be the champion advocate of the customer internally in the org.

🔧What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Posha?

In this role - you would be working on:

  1. Leading the Customer Success team with the end objective of achieving high customer satisfaction.
  2. Set up and scale the Support and Success team from human resources, SOPs, tools and process standpoint.
  3. Leveraging great customer experience into building an early community of product evangelists.
  4. Meaningfully shape our future product: As you engage with customers, you'll gain insights to help us serve them better — and work with Product to inform what we do next.

An ideal candidate is someone who shows the following attributes:

  • Have the greatest amount of empathy for a customer to ensure their success, demonstrably balancing this with the ability to establish and optimize customer success processes.
  • At least 2+ yrs of experience in a Lead position, including managing teams of 3-10 individuals.
  • Willingness to have a large time overlap with US Pacific Time Zone while being based in Asia.
  • Ownership mindset and high agency to take a proactive role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will also be responsible for training your team to proactively engage with customers.
  • Possess some sales experience, including familiarity with setting up customer nurturing drips and workflows within CRM systems.
  • Have a basic understanding of food and cooking.
  • Demonstrable familiarity with US culture and prior experience servicing US-based customers is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with leveraging upcoming AI tools to enhance customer success efficiency. Additionally, proficiency in using basic no-code tools and Excel functions.
  • A proven track record of successfully setting up and scaling customer success or sales processes and functions.
