🤔What can I expect from this role?

We’re looking for someone to join us as a Business Analyst – AI & Automation (Intern), who can help build powerful internal dashboards, systems, and automations that give teams a complete view of their work—like a control center. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and operations to create tools that feel like magic: fast, simple, and deeply useful. Over time, your understanding of how the company works will help shape what the product becomes.

🧠 What You’ll Work On

• Build internal dashboards and automations that unify tools, workflows, and data across teams—providing intuitive control panels for product, ops, and engineering.
• Use AI models and APIs to improve how teams search, tag, retrieve, and interact with internal knowledge, insights, and customer signals.
• Create and maintain internal and external knowledge bases that act as structured, reliable sources of truth for teams and support functions.
• Design documentation systems and automation-ready app maps that support QA workflows, software testing, and engineering handoffs.
• Identify and abstract repetitive workflows into scalable systems that enhance decision-making and reduce friction across the company.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Any experience in software/AI, with an understanding of how systerms talk to each other
• You're a builder who thinks in tools, flows, and APIs—not slides or theory.
• You’re analytical and structured, with solid SQL and Mongo skills for digging into data.
• AI APIs, JSON, Zapier, n8n hacks? You’re not just unfazed—you enjoy making them work.
• You crave clarity, despise chaos, and obsess over dashboards people actually use.

🧬 Bonus (Nice to Have, Not Required)

• Experience working with LLMs.
• Software engineering experience, especially in backend.
• Proven experience dealing with real-world, noisy, or edge-case-heavy data
