We're searching for a passionate and creative Recipe Developer to join our team at Posha! This role offers the exciting opportunity to combine your culinary skills with your tech-savvy nature.

🔧What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Posha :

Kitchen Operations & Recipe Development

• Work in a traditional kitchen environment managing day-to-day operations
• Take care of inventory management and ingredient preparation
• Cook using our innovative robot while maintaining kitchen cleanliness
• Create, test, edit, and refine recipes using our internal tools
• Transition to backend work and non-core kitchen responsibilities based on performance and fit

Technical Work

• Spend significant time creating and editing recipes using our internal tools
• Work extensively on computer-based tasks
• Engage in operations and documentation
• Assist in crafting engaging blog content about recipes and culinary techniques

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with various departments
• Conduct recipe tests
• Support marketing efforts through food photography
• Contribute to overall recipe success metrics

• Diploma or Graduate Degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts or Hotel Management
• You have previous experience working in a kitchen. Freshers can apply too.
