Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Training Specialist to join our Integration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing current content developed by SMEs of our new client platform, crafting a comprehensive syllabus, and structuring the existing content into organized, advanced training modules. The Senior Training Specialist will also lead the delivery of these training modules, ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge and skills across OFX, including operations, compliance and sales.

What you do:

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of the current product content and design a detailed syllabus that meets advanced learning needs.
  • Transform existing content into structured, engaging, and interactive training modules that cater to various learning styles and mediums.
  • Conduct high-impact training sessions for employees, including senior management, ensuring they fully understand and can effectively use the new client platform.
  • Establish assessment tools to measure training effectiveness and gather comprehensive feedback to continually refine and enhance training programs.
  • Work closely with product managers, subject matter experts, and other senior stakeholders to ensure training materials are precise, relevant, and up-to-date.
  • Lead and train the training staff on the newly developed syllabus, track and report on training activities, participant progress, and overall program effectiveness to executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in training and development.

Knowledge, skills, experience:

  • Expertise in using e-learning platforms and tools, with strong content development and advanced instructional design skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and strategic project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams, build positive relationships, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem solver with exceptional analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Extensive experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale training initiatives in a global, cross-cultural environment.
