Responsibilities:
Responsible for B2B Sales generation.
Forecast sales funnel of the key accounts
Sourcing leads and following up on them for conversion
Conducting market research to understand customer demands in and initiate planning
as per seasonal demands
Planning and execution of promotional activities to increase sales revenue
Liasoning with finance team and other departments as and when required
Providing account management services to customers
Anticipating future trends and building category/catalog strategies accordingly
Handling sales budgets effectively
Desired candidate profile:
Experience in B2B sales, Managing channel distributors/ partners.
8-10 years of experience.
Should have Start-up mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced learning
environment.
Effective communication, positive approach, constructive and willing to learn
Aggressive target achievement approach.
Prefer product handling experience in Home Appliance, Electronics, Laptops, mobiles.
Experience: 8+ years Qualification: MBA (Marketing) or a relevant degree
