Job Title Team Leader

Department Sales

Location Indore, Raipur, Bhopal

Job Purpose:

The Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to

achieve and exceed targets. This role focuses on driving sales growth, fostering a high-

performance culture, and ensuring alignment with company goals to deliver

outstanding results and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to drive revenue growth across assigned stores in the

General Trade Market.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and ensure

repeat business.

Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support to meet individual and

team goals.

Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and areas of growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability, pricing, and promotions

align with market demands.

Prepare reports on sales performance and provide regular updates to senior

management.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive

edge.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: 3+ years in sales, with some leadership experience in the consumer

electronics industry.

Sales Success: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Leadership: Strong skills in leading and motivating a team.

Customer Focused: Skilled in building and maintaining customer relationships.

Experience: 3+ Years Qualification: Any Graduate
