Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors or customer in a professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the right department
  • Maintain visitor records and manage appointments or meeting schedules
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail or courier services
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Assist in administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and office coordination.
Desired candidate profile:
  • Experienced Require: - Min 1 year
  • Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree
  • Good communication (verbal & written
  • Polite and professional attitude
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Customer service orientation.
