Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors or customer in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the right department
- Maintain visitor records and manage appointments or meeting schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail or courier services
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Assist in administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and office coordination.
Desired candidate profile:
- Experienced Require: - Min 1 year
- Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree
- Good communication (verbal & written
- Polite and professional attitude
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Customer service orientation.
