Job Purpose:
Regional Lead will take the lead in managing enterprise sales across locations for digital product categories primarily laptop and printer.
Increase sales by achieving targets, anticipating future trend, building category, establishing strong relationship with customers. Planning sales & Promotional activities and providing account management services to existing customers
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Enterprise Sales generation.
- Forecast sales funnel of the key accounts
- Sourcing leads and following up on them for conversion
- Conducting market research to understand customer demands in and initiate planning as per seasonal demands
- Planning and execution of promotional activities to increase sales revenue
- Liasoning with finance team and other departments as and when required
- Providing account management services to customers
- Anticipating future trends and building category/catalog strategies accordingly
- Handling sales budgets effectively
Desired candidate profile:
- Experience in Enterprise sales, Managing channel distributors/ partners.
- 8-10 years of experience
- Should have Start-up mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced learning environment.
- Effective communication, positive approach, constructive and willing to learn
- Aggressive target achievement approach.
- Prefer product handling experience in Home Appliance, Electronics, Laptops, mobiles.
Experience: 8+ years
Qualification: MBA (Marketing) or a relevant degree
