Job Summary
The Senior Inventory Executive oversees inventory operations, maintains accurate stock records, monitors inventory movement, coordinates with procurement and warehouse teams, and ensures optimal stock levels while minimizing shortages and excess inventory. The role also supports inventory audits, reporting, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
Manage inward and outward inventory transactions in ERP/WMS systems.
Conduct cycle counts and physical stock audits.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Monitor reorder levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Analyze slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.

Support process improvement initiatives to reduce inventory costs and improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in Inventory Management, Procurement, and Warehousing.
Prior experience in the Diagnostics/Laboratory Healthcare industry is mandatory.
Strong understanding of inventory planning, stock control, vendor management, procurement processes, and warehouse operations.
Ability to ensure compliance with inventory policies and support efficient material availability across operation
