About the role :

This role will work directly with insurance partners to ensure seamless daily operations, proactively manage escalations, and support the onboarding of new insurers. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable coordinating across teams, skilled at working with data, and most importantly — able to take complete ownership and accountability for operational processes and outcomes.

  • Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Identify and source suitable retail locations for expansion.
    • Conduct market surveys and site evaluations.
    • Meet landlords, brokers, and developers to explore opportunities.
    • Negotiate commercial terms and finalize lease agreements.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and documentation.
    • Maintain a pipeline of potential properties and provide regular updates.

    Skills We are looking for:

  • 2–6 years of experience in property acquisition, retail expansion, real estate, or business development.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
Good knowledge of local real estate and retail markets.
