Position description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Finance team and drive strategic finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis skills, a solid understanding of finance processes, and experience working on finance systems, reporting platforms, and enterprise transformation programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable business insights. You would be expected to collaborate with business leaders and with Founders (occasionally) to bring the findings to a logical conclusion.
• Drive the weekly and monthly leadership meetings along with follow ups on agreed actionables.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Support the design and implementation of financial dashboards and management reports.
• Ensure solutions comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and finance governance standards.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years supporting Finance functions.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and FP&A activities.
• Experience creating business requirements, process documentation, and functional specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hustler and ability to think beyond in a very heavy data is non negotiable.
