PagerDuty is seeking a Product Manager, AIOps to join our diverse, customer-focused team! As a Product Manager, you will support the AIOps product, which is the blend of data visualization, predictive modeling, and big data that leverages machine learning and PagerDuty’s mission to automate your IT Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to solve the most compelling and high-value problems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of systems, strong technical acumen, basic SQL knowledge, and a #ChampionTheCustomer mindset. You are also dedicated to working closely with a highly collaborative engineering team while building relationships across the business (sales, marketing, etc).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research, define, and evangelize a roadmap that shapes the strategic vision of the company, taking into account customer needs, business strategy, and technical feasibility. You will work with customers to do user research and create a research plan.
  • Partner with a dedicated group of engineers, data scientists, and designers to design, deliver, and iterate on new products and features that explore how people interact with technology that drives their business.
  • Build partnerships across our ecosystem to drive revenue and broaden our customer base.
  • Collaborate with sales, support, customer success, marketing, and other departments to get value into customers' hands and ensure success for both them and the company.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role driving the full product lifecycle, including defining and hitting success metrics.
  • Background in SaaS B2B Product Management.
  • You have experience building positive relationships with engineering and cross-functional development teams.
  • Experience using api-first development practices to design new products and structure requirements.
  • Experience working with marketing, sales, and enablement to take a new product to market and ensuring adoption post-release.
  • You have a real passion for getting things done. If you haven’t done something before, you are naturally curious, driven to learn, and unafraid to ask for help.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience shepherding several major products or features to launch; preferably using iterative, agile methodologies.
  • Comfort with SQL or data analysis tools.
  • Ability to effectively communicate across diverse backgrounds and contexts, and lead through influence using metrics and research.
  • Experience with AI, ML, or Data Science principles is nice to have.
  • A bachelor's degree in mathematics, data analytics, or computer science is nice to have.

The base salary range for this position is 129,000 - 191,000 CAD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
