We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Partner Evangelist to join our partner team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging copy tailored specifically for our partner program initiatives for internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop content that effectively communicates the value proposition of our partner program to both current and prospective partners, customers, prospects, and Dutonians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Create persuasive copy for various partner program materials including but not limited to business reviews, enablement, partner guides, webinars, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media posts.
  • Message Alignment: Ensure consistency in messaging across all partner program communications, aligning with PagerDuty's brand voice and values.
  • Audience Understanding: Understand the needs, pain points, and motivations of our internal stakeholders and partner audience to develop targeted and relevant content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Field to develop integrated marketing campaigns and enablement assets.
  • Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of partner program content, iterating on messaging and tactics to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Compliance: Ensure all copy complies with relevant regulations and guidelines, including partner program terms and conditions.
  • Industry Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in partner program marketing to drive innovation and effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years minimum of proven experience in Partnerships/Alliances, business case writing in B2B technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong writing, communication, and editing skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise, and compelling copy.
  • Proficiency in SEO principles and optimization techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English, or related field.

The base salary range for this position is 142,000 - 221,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
