About the role :
Onboard on PayFit's rocket joining the Product Ops team as a Product Ops. Your mission will be to support the Product & tech teams on strategic and operational challenges.
You will be positioned as a true facilitator to contribute to Product & Tech excellence.
You will be in charge of:
- Helping Product teams iterate on the product development process to strengthen alignment on operational & strategic challenges,
- Improving processes and implementing tools for Product and Engineering teams to increase their efficiency and their impact,
- Supporting Product teams to reach their full potential being a coach on best practices, training them when needed and building documentation,
- Fueling Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Product Builders, & Product Designers with strategic and operational data to help them make the best product decisions,
- Assisting teams in operational KPIs definition and monitoring using data visualization tools (e.g.: Looker),
- Organizing & hosting Product rituals to foster communication and alignment to enhance the best results.
This role is for you if :
- You have 2+ years of experience in product or project management,
- You have experience in change management, in product environment or operations missions,
- You have scrum or an agile certification,
- You have experience with a data visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, etc.),
- You have a strong appetite for the vision and processes of our product,
- You are enthusiastic about AI and you have a few GPTs under your belt,
- You have strong analytical skills analyzing cost/benefit tradeoffs, identifying risks and measuring success,
- You are comfortable using and coaching PMs on tools such as Jira, Looker, GPTs, Productboard,
- You have a good understanding of the product life-cycle, and you are comfortable challenging PMs on product best practices,
- You are comfortable working with software engineers on the delivery cycle,
- You speak English fluently and you have strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- You want to learn and have a taste for intellectual technical challenge, curiosity and innovative spirit,

Your future team :
The Product Ops team is responsible for orchestrating the Product & Tech department to maximize, efficiency and impact. Missions include :
- Ensuring the Product & Tech department alignment with the company objectives achievements
- Making sure the department has access to the right insights to make the best decisions
- Allowing the Product & Tech department to deliver their initiatives in the best conditions
- Fostering best practices adoption to enable teams delivering initiatives with higher impact
Hiring process
1. First you will meet a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a discovery call (30-45 min)
2. Next step will be a meeting with Julie, Product Operations Lead (45 min)
3. You will go through a Case Study + Presentation (60 min)
4. The last step would be having a discussion with Sylvain, CPO (30 min)

Time off: 25 days of holidays + RTT days (depending on the contract).
