About the role
As product designer in the Company and Employee Experience tribe, you will define, craft, and ship new experiences that will empower administrators, managers, and employees to get work done effortlessly and wisely.
Here are some problems you could tackle :
- how to include relevantly and proactively the Artificial Intelligence in the customer journey to support user actions?
- how to simplify the search for a document for an admin?
- how to help an entrepreneur to better onboard a new employee within his company?
Collaboration :
You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and the data team to define both the long-term strategy roadmap and short-term tactics for our upcoming initiatives.
You will collaborate with other PayFit stakeholders (PMs, Sales, Support, Customers, etc.) to understand customers' needs and pain points, and to co-create solutions in business opportunities together.
Alongside the Design Director and other Designers, you will build, challenge, and work alongside the PayFit design chapter team.
Missions :
You will represent the users' voice to your squad as you build and ship new features together.
You'll work through design problems from beginning to end: be the user’s voice of your team, translating research insights into new products and features. And finally designing the workflows, detailed interactions, and pixel-perfect mockups that engineers can implement.
You will feed the product roadmap by developing quick solutions, in cooperation with product managers and engineers.
Good storyteller, you will communicate with enthusiasm to your stakeholders and animate co-creation workshops to gather insights, ideate, and converge, to align teams on a common vision.

· Balancing long-term design goals with an Agile-based iterative approach comes easy to you.
· Able to work with a diverse group of internal stakeholders.
· You are motivated to deeply understand the HR industry and best-in-class actors to enrich your vision.
