About the Role:
Join the PayFit team as our UK Office Manager and contribute to creating an exceptional work environment in our London office.
Your Mission:
As the Office Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of our London office, promoting the well-being of our staff through your organizational skills and attention to detail. Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Team Life: Manage the daily operations of our London office in relation with our service providers and ensuring it is welcoming, clean, and safe. You will be the main point of contact for employees regarding daily needs such as orders and mail management
- Events Organization: Work with the events team to promote team cohesion by organizing internal events, including afterworks, all-hands meetings, and seasonal parties.
- People: Coordinate the onboarding of new employees, provide necessary equipment (computer, tools, agenda, …), and organize welcome breakfasts; coordinate with the HRBPs.
This Role is for You if:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position as a Office Manager, Receptionist, Hospitality Manager, etc.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with team members and service providers.
- You are autonomous and can complete tasks on time.
- You pay attention to detail, spotting and addressing any issues that arise.
- You have a strong sense of service, understanding, anticipating, and responding to the needs of PayFit team members.
It Would be Great if You Also:
- Have proficiency in French and/or Spanish.
- Are comfortable with Google Suite.
Your Future Team
You will collaborate closely with five team members located across our various offices. Your future manager, Edouard, has over seven years of experience in office management and has been with PayFit for more than 2.5 years. He will ensure your smooth onboarding and ongoing development in your role.
