The position is based in France.
Position Overview :
As a Finance revenue analyst within the Finance team at PayFit, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business's financial health and strategic growth.
You will hold a key position thanks to your 360° role on Payfit's financial data (EBITDA, CAC) and business metrics (Revenue, Payback, Gross Margin), as well as through the analyses developed for your various stakeholders (finance, marketing, sales ops teams, directors, top management, etc.).
Key responsibilities :
1/ Financial Performance Management
- Revenue Analysis: Own the revenue modeling and reporting processes, leveraging tools like Pigment and Looker to provide insightful analysis of revenue trends. You will own your projects (tracking business performance, including new Sales or Marketing initiatives).
- Forecasting and Budgeting: conduct the topline forecasts (rolling forecast, budget, business plan), ensuring accuracy and timelines to guide strategic decision-making. You’ll also be responsible for tracking budget achievement throughout the year.
Acquisition and retention efficiency: Leverage cost reporting provided by the FP&A team to compute KPIs and identify opportunities while ensuring that budgetary constraints are met and supporting the overall financial strategy.
- Dashboard Modeling: Model data in Pigment and build comprehensive dashboards that track revenue performance and provide actionable insights to the top management.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks & automate processes to gain efficiency in financial outcomes.
2/ Business Partnering
- Collaborate with the FP&A team during monthly closing to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with department leaders, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service or Data to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Provide data-driven reports to senior leadership (CEO, CFO, and department heads) with actionable insights on business and financial performance
Qualifications :
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in FP&A, Business controlling, Revenue ops or Sales Ops, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong business sense and understanding of revenue generation, acquisition, and retention strategies with analytical skills.
- Advanced data modeling skills in Excel (or Google Sheet); familiarity with financial tools like Pigment is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with CRM or BI systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, Looker)
- Proactive, problem-solver, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new systems & processes
- Proven ability to manage projects with multiple dependencies and align them with business objectives, in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
- Strong team player capable of building relationships across departments and working collaboratively in a global organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
