Together we actively contribute to Personio’s growth by building meaningful commercial partnerships and winning new SME customers so that they can unlock their full HR potential. As Lead Partnerships (d/f/m) in our Partnerships Team, you drive a key part of Personio’s growth strategy and with your team are responsible for developing our portfolio of partners and for building a strong joint customer base. You also drive the development of new joint business models with partners, e.g. a reselling motion. The role holds an exciting mix of commercial results and business development skills needed.
Reporting to the Director Partnerships, you will have a broad remit and the unique opportunity to work in one of the fastest growing companies in Europe, accelerating Personio’s growth via our numerous partnerships channels.
