As a Technical Program Manager on the Strategy & Operations team, you will own and drive complex, large-scale technical programs that directly support Personio’s strategic vision and goals. From efforts around product quality, to building new platforms, there is tons of opportunity to have a direct impact on the product and the business. As the owner and force-multiplier on these initiatives, you will be responsible for driving clarity of purpose, bringing structure to ambiguous problem spaces and supporting streamlined execution across Engineering and Product teams.
