Summary

Our team of pre-sales or sales engineers provides technical support throughout the sales process by conducting product demonstrations, managing RFPs (Request for Proposals), and delivering Proof of Concepts (PoCs). Additionally, we are responsible for designing the solution scope and seamlessly transitioning it to the implementation team


What you'll do

  • Guard our core values of total trust, minimum friction experience, state of the art technology and challenge the status quo;
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations for customers’ key stakeholders (including C-level)
  • Developing customized solutions for customers / prospects based on their specific needs
  • Creating and executing proof of concepts and pilots to validate the proposed solution
  • Design and validate scope with client / prospect and conduct it to implementation
  • Collaborating with product development and engineering teams to provide feedback on product features and functionalities

Minimum Qualifications

  • +5 years in Banking and Payments industry
  • +5 years in sales or client relationship role
  • +5 years on SaaS services and Cloud technologies
  • Availability to travel on a frequent basis
  • Language Spanish (native speaker)
  • B2 English Level
  • (Desirable) Intermediate Portuguese Level
